Hand us your property. We take care of everything.
H2H Stay by MRF manages homes for companies that house their teams. You hand us your property and we act as the host: we find the companies, prepare the home, look after the guests and handle every incident. You don’t deal with anyone. 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 clients back us.
Why owners hand us their homes
Zero management for you
Companies, contracts, check-ins, cleaning, maintenance and incidents: we handle it all. You only receive your income.
Long stays, professional guests
Work crews and technicians booked by their company for weeks or months. Fewer turnovers, more care for your home.
Your home, looked after
We prepare it to the MRF standard and check it regularly. A team available 24/7 takes care of guests and repairs.
How it works
1. Tell us about your property
Fill in the form below or write to us on WhatsApp. We will call you to get to know the home.
2. We visit it and make you a proposal
We see the property, agree the management conditions with you and get it ready for companies: furniture, linen, kitchenware and photos.
3. We manage it, you relax
We host the teams, look after the home and keep you informed. You receive your income without dealing with guests or incidents.
