This privacy policy explains how H2H Stay processes the personal data of companies, guests, property owners and visitors, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, company and password.
  • Booking data: dates, number of guests, names of the workers staying, billing and tax details of the company.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Owner data: contact details and information about the property that owners send us when they ask us to manage it.
  • Contact and request forms: the information you send us.
  • Browsing data: technical cookies needed for the website to work (see our cookie policy).

Why we use it and legal basis

  • Managing accounts, bookings, payments and invoices – performance of a contract.
  • Guest registration required by Spanish law when applicable – legal obligation.
  • Answering requests and sending housing proposals – consent and pre-contractual measures.
  • Keeping accounting and tax records – legal obligation.
  • Service communications and, if you accept, commercial information about H2H Stay – legitimate interest or consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with what is necessary: our payment provider (Stripe), our hosting and email providers, our accounting advisors and public authorities when required by law. Some providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

While your account is active and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax, accounting and guest-registration regulations. Request-form data is deleted if no business relationship starts within one year.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@h2hstay.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
