Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings made on H2H Stay. By sending a booking request you accept them on behalf of your company.

1. Type of stay

Homes on H2H Stay are offered as seasonal rentals for work purposes (Spanish Urban Leases Act, article 3). The minimum stay is 15 nights unless stated otherwise in the listing. The company that books is responsible for the stay and for the workers it accommodates.

2. Booking and payment

Bookings are made by request: the host confirms availability before the booking is final. Prices include utilities and wifi for reasonable use. The full stay requested is paid in advance. For long stays, the stay is paid monthly in advance and a security deposit equal to one month is required, which is refunded at the end of the stay once the home has been checked.

3. Cancellations and changes

Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled and amounts paid are not refundable. For long stays paid monthly, either party may end the stay by giving at least 30 days written notice; the month in progress and the notice period are payable.

Extensions and changes of dates are possible subject to availability and will be invoiced at the rate in force.

4. Check-in, check-out and guests

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out until 10:00 unless agreed otherwise. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum shown in the listing. The company must provide the details of the guests when required by law.

5. House rules and care of the home

No smoking indoors, no parties, respect for the neighbours’ rest and responsible use of utilities. Damage caused during the stay, beyond normal wear, will be charged to the company after being documented. Incidents must be reported as soon as possible so they can be fixed.

6. Invoices

Each stay is invoiced to the company with the tax details provided at the time of booking.
