What is the minimum stay?

15 nights. Stays of 30 nights or more get the monthly rate, which is the best price per person.

What is included in the price?

The whole home with bed linen, towels, equipped kitchen, washer, wifi and utilities (water, electricity and heating) for reasonable use. Each listing shows exactly what it offers.

Do you issue invoices to my company?

Yes. Every stay booked on H2H Stay is invoiced to your company with your tax details.

How do I book?

Choose a home and request a proposal with your dates and number of workers, or tell us what you need and we will send you proposals straight away. Once you choose, we send you the contract and the invoice for your company.

How do we pay?

The stay is paid in advance. For long stays you pay month by month in advance, plus a refundable security deposit equal to one month.

Can I cancel?

Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. On long stays paid monthly, either side can end the stay with 30 days notice. See our booking terms.

Can we extend the stay or change workers?

Yes, subject to availability. Just tell us and we will update the booking and the invoice. Changes in the crew are not a problem as long as the maximum number of guests is respected.

Is there parking for vans?

Many of our homes have free parking or space for team vans. Look for «Free parking» or «Van and truck parking» in the listing.

What if something breaks or there is an incident?

Contact us at any time, 24/7. We organise the repair as soon as possible so the team can keep working and resting normally.

Are there house rules?

Yes, simple ones: no smoking indoors, no parties, respect for the neighbours’ rest, responsible use of utilities and taking care of keys and remotes. They are shown in each listing.

How many workers can you house?

From a single technician to several hundred workers. For large projects we combine as many homes as you need near the job site, with one contact and one invoice for the whole project.

Is H2H Stay an agency?

No. We are the host. Every home on H2H Stay is managed by our team: we prepare it, look after it and look after your workers from check-in to check-out.

I own a property. Can I list it?

We don’t list other people’s homes, we manage them. If you hand us your property, we take care of everything: companies, guests, cleaning, maintenance and incidents. Tell us about your property.
